Use Your Freezer for Your Bearings

A Waterloo, IA viewer writes: Put your bearing races in the freezer for about 20 minutes before pressing them in. The freezer temperature makes them contract so they go in easier. Stacey adds: Good Tip! This is also true of urethane and rubber bushings as well as press-in studs.
