Superglue!

Quick Tips
Tom Howell says keep a small tube of Superglue in my toolbox to close up those pesky little nicks or cuts to hands or fingers. They even make a medical Superglue to do just that and then you can cover the wound with a bandaid. Stacey replies: Hey Tom - great tip! I have used Superglue for years to seal up some pretty nasty cuts. I actually did some research on this years ago and found out that Superglue was 'accidentally' invented as the military was looking for a 'skin bonding agent' to replace stitches in dressing wounds on the battlefield...no wonder it works so good at bonding skin!
