Keeping the Wires Straight

Quick Tips
Randy in Kansas sent in this tip: The small plastic tags that are on bags of hamburger buns can be used on spark plug wires. Use a sharpie to mark the cylinder number and attach to the plug wires. Works great when you remove the distributor cap and wires, and it simplifies attaching the correct wire to the correct plug. Stacey comments: Great idea and a simple way to keep your wires from getting all mixed up. Another option if you can't find plastic tags is to get some wooden clothes pins, clip 'em on the wires, and mark 'em. They'll usually stay in place even if you knock 'em around.
