To keep those wheels quiet (on your floor jack), or to protect aluminum floorjack wheels, you can cut a section of bicycle inertube the width of your wheels, and slip them over the wheels. Don't use "thorn resistant" tubes, as the rubber is thicker on the tire side of the tube.
