I have a headlight issue with my 1989 f250 maybe someone out there can help out with when im driving the headlight will not work all the running lights work brakes and turn signals but not the headlaights now when i turn the key off the headlights start working again i havent started trouble shooting yet i though i would get some ideas first thanks.

Mini 77 clutch set up
This is how a Nor Ram clutch is set up . New H/D # 35 chain..too

Thrust washer at the beval on the crank-Do not have clutch riding on this bevel all cranks have this machined bevel

Clutch e clip faces motor

thrust washer between clutch pack and clutch cage

Lock colar

at least a grade 5 bolt in crank shaft -My crank used a 7/16 NFT

torqued...

make sure the clutch spins free and + - .-005 clearance between clutch and colar loc

I had to call for this info ... It did not come with the clutch!
